SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or customs).

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. 

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review the following return guidelines:

Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened skincare or supplement products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
• Sale items and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@doctorcampos.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

We will respond with return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the issue along with your order number to support@doctorcampos.com, and we will make it right.
