Article 2 – Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made by consumers in the United States for personal, non-commercial use of products offered through www.doctorcampos.com (“Website”).

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Website Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Orders are subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Article 3 – Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and photos are accurate. However, minor errors or discrepancies may occur. Photos may not perfectly reflect actual product appearance due to digital limitations.

All products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified promptly and your payment will be refunded.

Article 4 – Ordering Process

4.1 Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must also provide accurate information during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be intended for resale or violate these Terms.

4.2 How to Order

Browse & Add to Cart

Select your product(s) and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”

Review Cart

View and adjust cart contents as needed.

Checkout

Provide shipping, billing, and payment information. Accept these Terms by checking the required box. Apply any promotional codes during this step.

Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping Notification

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification via email.

Article 5 – Subscription Orders

We offer recurring subscriptions for select products. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing and consent to the subscription terms:

Choose 1, 2, or 3-month delivery frequencies.

You may pause, cancel, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 15 days.

Out-of-stock products will delay subscription fulfillment until restocked or canceled after 30 days.

Article 6 – Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Final totals, including applicable taxes and shipping, are shown at checkout.

All prices are subject to change without notice and are valid only at the time of order.

Article 7 – Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed without successful payment authorization.

We reserve ownership of all products until full payment is received.

Article 8 – Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure the information is accurate, as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.

Article 9 – Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

To request a return:

Return items with original packing slip and condition intact.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final sale or personalized items cannot be returned.

Article 10 – Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged:

Email support@doctorcampos.com within 30 days.

Include photos and order number.

Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at no cost.

We do not accept in-store returns or exchanges for online orders.

Article 11 – Promotions & Discounts

Only one discount code may be applied per order. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively or combined. Discount value is prorated across all items; any returns will reflect the adjusted value.

Products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for discounts, returns, or exchanges.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, product designs, and trademarks displayed on the Website are owned or licensed by Ageless Forever by Dr. Campos, LLC. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

Article 13 – Privacy

We collect personal data such as your name, email, address, and payment information for order processing. We do not sell your data. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Article 14 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ageless Forever by Dr. Campos, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).

Article 15 – Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, shipping carrier disruptions). You may cancel delayed orders for a full refund.

Article 16 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Miami Dade County, Florida.
