Sencha green tea is high in EGCG
(epigallocatechin gallate), a clinically studied antioxidant shown to reduce

Steep 1 tsp in 8 oz hot water (160–175°F / 70–80°C) for 1–2 minutes. Ideal in the morning or early afternoon. Avoid drinking late in the day.
